Chat & recording storage

At 720 hours, 1 GB of stored replay files requests about 0.103565 Cloud credits, before coverage. Chat also uses database compute, reads and network traffic; one typed message is not necessarily one metered realtime message. Stored message bytes are not the same as allocated database storage.

Recordings are made on the host device when supported. Server export / HLS conversion remains cost-gated; its account-specific charges are unverified. Scheduling alone does not start media transmission.
