An evidence-based review of multifactor authentication, updates, backups and account access, with a prioritized action plan. Choose this for a narrower starting review; choose Essential for all six controls and a separate full assessment report.
Delivery within five business days after complete evidence and written authorization. Includes one follow-up clarification within seven days, with weekday replies within two business days. Cancel before work starts for a full refund; undelivered work is refundable.

How to use the service

Choose and order
Create a buyer account with your own email, choose a service and complete checkout. Open My client portal to follow your order.

Authorize the review
Confirm the organization, systems and users in scope, then submit written authorization. Never provide passwords, secret keys or unrestricted system access.

Prepare and share redacted evidence
Upload documents or a redacted MP4/WebM replay copy in the client portal. Remove sensitive details from the actual file—including video frames and audio—before uploading. Review it, confirm it is redacted and explicitly share each file.

Let the assessor begin
For Essential, the seller assigns an assessor. Staged files remain private to you until you share them. After authorization and confirmation of complete evidence, the delivery deadline is set; payment alone does not start the clock.

Download and act
Track progress and use private order messaging for questions. Download the delivered report and separate action plan from your client portal, then use the priorities, owners and dates to organize improvements.

Review and decide what’s next
After a paid live Essential order is completed with both documents delivered, leave a rating and public feedback. Future Essential months are optional, separate $149 purchases for report and action-plan review—not automatic renewals.
Before you choose
Will this prevent every cyberattack?
No. Findings reflect the supplied evidence and agreed scope. Neither service guarantees breach prevention, compliance certification or recovery from an incident.
Do you monitor or fix my systems?
These offers do not include scanning, continuous monitoring, awareness training, managed incident response or direct system changes. The action plan tells you what to address; implementation is not included.
Are my files automatically redacted?
No. You must remove sensitive information yourself. Confirming a checkbox does not redact a file or prove it contains no secrets. Share only redacted evidence you are authorized to provide.
When does delivery start?
The timeline begins after written authorization and complete evidence are confirmed, not simply when you pay. Essential allows ten business days; Readiness Review allows five. Check your order for its confirmed deadline.
