How paying creators works, and what happens to your money.
You can support creators in three ways: a monthly membership ($4.99/month per creator), a one-off tip on any post ($1–$500, with an optional note), or buying access to a paid meeting replay. All payments are optional — browsing, posting and following are free.
Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe — ZANMIVO never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards.
Creators keep 80% of every payment. The remaining 20% covers payment processing and running ZANMIVO. For example, on a $4.99 membership the creator receives $3.99; on a $10 tip they receive $8.
Memberships renew automatically each month so creators earn ongoing income. You can cancel any time from your Fan dashboard — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're never charged again after cancelling.
Creator earnings are held for 7 days to cover refunds and disputes, then become available for payout. Creators request payouts to their verified bank account from their console, and weekly reviews keep everything safe.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the creator's share is reversed and it never counts toward their payout. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through your ZANMIVO profile before disputing with your bank — we can usually fix it faster.
Your Fan dashboard shows your active memberships, upcoming renewal dates and full payment history. Creators see their own earnings in the Creator console — they never see your card details.
